What Is Halal Food?

Talking about food today, of course, cannot be separated from the various types and products that we find everywhere that offer various types of food whether we like it or not. In this case, of course, we have to really choose the type of food that suits what we want and in accordance with food safety standards.
In the millennial era like now, what is halal food besides we have to really choose food products with safety standards guaranteed by the state, of course there are institutions that regulate a food product, whether the food is suitable for consumption by all levels of society.
Is it Halal food? How is this regulation implemented in Indonesia? in this case is whether the food is in accordance with the required standards, namely whether the food is halal or not.
